Making a Booking

Please download and read the Terms of Hire document. 

You can book the Hall by clicking the Open Booking Form button below and completing the form.

Your booking will be confirmed when we have checked that the hall is available (because there may be other bookings in process) and after payment is received. Payment must be made in full at least one week before the date of the booking.

Online payment in full is required in advance:

Please use your name and the date of booking as the payment reference.

Current Rates

The rates of hire for the hall are currently:

Weekday daytime (8am to 6pm): £13 per hour
Weekends, Bank holidays and Weekday Evenings (6pm to 1am): £15 per hour
Bar Facility: For groups of less than 40, £15 per hour, with a minimum hire of 2 hours. For groups of more than 40, price on application.

All bookings are subject to our Terms of Hire, and the full hire charge is payable on confirmation of availability.

Please remember when making a booking that our Committee and Bookings Secretary are all volunteers, but will we endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.
